SurveyLion is an online survey panel run by Canadian Viewpoint, one of Canada's largest opinion data collection companies. Founded in 1980, Canadian Viewpoint has over 70 years combined experience as a team.

Canadian Viewpoint's expertise lies in qualitative fieldwork, having four permanent mall locations across Canada where surveys are administered. Data is collected on shoppers at the mall, and is used by corporations looking to target such consumers.

Canadian Viewpoint adheres strictly to the marketing research standards set out by the Professional Market Research Society of Canada (PMRS) and CAMRO (Canadian Association of Market Research Organizations).

SurveyLion is a fairly new addition to Canadian Viewpoint, having been in operation for less than two years. The SurveyLion panel is open to residents worldwide who are 16 and older, however most surveys are limited to Canadian residents.

SurveyLion panel participants receive cash incentives in exchange for their participation in surveys, and are eligible to win quarterly draws of $100, just for being a member. Payment for survey participation is made by check and is sent in the mail. Survey frequency varies, however regular monthly survey invitations are typically sent.
